Asked for my patty to be a bit crispy. I get it's a fast food place but the last burger here was undercooked. After an extended pause and sigh I realized I wasn't going to get a good ELEVEN DOLLAR MEAL. $11 isn't a lot until you have to throw it away. For a second time. There was only one person to take counter AND drive thru orders, and 2 people in the kitchen. Obviously short staffed and rushing like mad. Despite all this, they were very courteous, and the food came out relatively quickly.
