The menu looks great and easy to choose from. The person helping me was so patient and didn't rush me: the place is quiet and plenty of space for social distancing if that's important to you.
I started to eat before I could take a pic cause I was starving and it was delicious. I had the chicken cheddar and when melted it was perfect with some toppings. Service was fast and the ingredients you can tell were fresh and hot out of the oven. Indoor had an old school chicago feel where I'm from which I loved. For a quick sandwich bite I love this spot and missed it from chicago

I recently visited Potbelly Sandwich in Austin, Texas and had a mostly positive experience. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. However, I did have a few issues with the service. The music was playing extremely loudly, to the point where I could barely hear the person taking my order. Additionally, she spoke very quickly and I, as an international student, had difficulty understanding what she was saying. These issues made the experience a bit frustrating....read full review
