It’s Monday evening and this place was packed. The staff worked very hard to keep the line moving while giving everyone what they needed. Even me with my special requests of chicken and dressing on the side.

I just recently discovered this terrific salad bar by a co worker and it has not disappointed me. You create what salad you would like with very generous portions, super cool staff, and a really laid back atmosphere. A great salad goes a long way. 😎
