I think I have been to all of the Lupe Tortilla locations in and around Austin, Texas. The food is great. The decor and ambience is great. Service is great. I had a previous post at one location of a spinning plate that I did not care for and at this location there was also a spinning plate. I would guess that the plate vendor is the same at all locations and that that vendor has an occasional issue with getting the bottoms of their plates flat when they make them. Liandra was super great! The best recommendations and above service. Food was absolutely good here.

From the moment guests walk in, the atmosphere is inviting, warm, vibrant, fun, loud, and family friendly. The food is delicious and hot. The chips and salsa to start are amazing; the chips are warm and the salsas are amazing. Popular meals include beef fajitas, which are the best in a while, and the beef and shrimp fajita with both corn and flour tortillas, which is very fresh with very good flavor. Other options are the shrimp and avocado campechana, the best chicken flautas meal in Austin, and fresh guacamole made right at the table. The Black Barrel Margarita is strong and good, and the og margarita with tajin is delicious. The staff are friendly and professional, though bar service can be spotty.
