“I went during a break from Army classes at Ft. Cavazos, I had the Philly Cheesesteak with fries and the sweet tea. Apart from being delicious the cheesesteak was huge and and loaded, more so than Subway's subs. What I could not eat, because of its size became my dinner. The fries were Cajun style and also great. The tea was refreshing! It was not too bland were you sometimes have to add more sugar and not too sweet were you cannot taste the tea. It was just right! Very friendly staff! Veteran own. Highly recommended next time you are in Killeen.“
“Great food and customer service. If you check out the menu, you can see the theme of the restaurant. I ordered the Poly Plate. This plate includes 2 meats and 2 sides. I chose ribs and brisket and mac & cheese and greens and it was so good! I felt like I recieved a plate off grill from a family holiday cook out. Only thing is once they sell out, it is gone so make sure you plan accordingly. This restaurant also has a variety of desserts like peach cobbler and banana pudding and kool aid as well.“
“Our son recommended Bobby B's and we were glad we went. We had wings, baked beans and mac and cheese, banana pudding and kool-aid. It was delicious! The chicken was fried to perfection! Wish we had a Bobby B's in Detroit!We will be back!“
“Being born and raised in SC I’ve been missing good southern cooking from home! So I was very excited to try this restaurant. The atmosphere and location are both very peaceful and the staff were also very pleasant!I got the 6pc Fried Chicken wings and tried their Macaroni and cheese, cabbage (wanted collards but they were out), and their rice and gravy. The food was a bit too salty and peppery for my liking. The rice was salted a long with the gravy being salty. The chicken was salty along with the batter of the chicken being salty. The cabbage was decent but too overcooked for my liking. I liked the consistency of the Mac and Cheese just not the seasoning as it was also salty and peppery.I understand different areas in the south have different ways of cooking it’s just their style was not MY preference. But overall a comfortable establishment.“
“Must Try!! If you're looking for a spot that great BBQ and great sides. I got 2lbs of brisket; (32oz) Mac and cheese, and greens; 8oz seasoned potatoes, and a pulled chicken sandwich. Serving my family of 5. We're very happy and satisfied. Most definitely will be back! ?“
