I’m a little upset. I waited over 20 minutes for my meal and it was wrong :( .
I had the taste for tender basket so I order three six piece tender basket meals but got chicken fried steak basket instead. It was still good but really wanted tenders. Was too tired to go back. Next time I’ll check my order before pulling out.

Hamburger that I got was sad. I had 2 inches of bun where there wasnt any meat all the way a round the hamburger. Top it off the meat didn't taste good.
I ordered a blizzard. They said they knew how to make it, but what I got was not a blizzard. They gave me a Sunday in a cup. They didn't even blend it in the machine. That was very disappointed.

Really underrated place. I gotta say their cones & blizzards have McD & Wendys beat. Don't know why DQ doesn't get more love. Lol

Dairy Queen, a popular fast-food chain, has received mixed reviews from customers. While some praise the fresh, crispy food, attentive service, and overall great experience, others express disappointment with the reduced portions and quality compared to previous visits. Recently, one customer enjoyed the 4pc. chicken basket, stating it was as good as it gets and well worth a quick lunch. However, another reviewer pointed out issues with service, mentioning that a server seemed tired and rested her head during their visit. Customers also noted that the Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard had limited toppings and that the French fries were almost burnt. The manager is commended for their engagement in creating a positive customer experience, and the location is noted to have significantly improved over time. Overall, Dairy Queen appears to provide a satisfactory dining experience, with room for improvement in certain areas, particularly in service and meal quality.
