“FIRST TIME VISIT! I have to say, this is the nicest looking DQ I've ever been to, especially in TX. We all know Texas claims DQ as it's own and can be found in every city, even the smallest towns sprinkled throughout the state. These restaurants have all usually been around for decades so they're mostly well worn with limited upgrades. This one must be brand new? PROS: Good value for the price, good selection of food items to please everyone's appetites, food temps are on point and quality is decent to good. There is an outdoor, gated patio dining area with tables and chairs. The indoor dining area is clean. Ladies restroom was clean, auto-flush toilet, automated paper towel dispenser. There is a corn hole set up for kids near the restrooms. Such a cute idea! Food came out FAST! CONS: young staff, not yet seasoned to provide great customer service, at least it was efficient. Overall very impressed. Will be back!“
“The food was great, and the service was fast. However, I went through the drive thru, and I felt extremely rushed by the lady who took my order. I'm not really sure why she was rushing me. I was literally the only person there. I ordered 5 different meals, and I told her weather I wanted cheese on them, the size of the meal, and what I wanted to drink with all 5 meals, but when I received my food idk why or how she only got 2 of them 5 meals down. Didn't get anything of the other meals at all. I get it people have bad days. However, when I tried to talk to her about it. She got sh*ty with me like I did something wrong.“
“This is one of the better McDonald's that are open early they're always consistent I wish they would stay on top of that frappe machine but Texas heat and overuse I think it's a supply and demand issue lol, it's a clean place easily accessible off of two different streets. The staff are always happy ? my favorite thing is to get in line early in the morning and order my breakfast and then sit there and let everybody get while buying is there a breakfast I find it is a warm fuzzy that I can eat and enjoy at the same time they get all upset and then they get their and their breakfast is free. “Hands down some of the best customer service I have seen. Which was such a blessing having just come from the Popeyes in the same building. The Wendy's staff were helpful, made sure I had what I needed. Asked if there was anything else they could do to make my experience any better. Perfect example of customer service. I want to thank the team that worked there today. Amazing people.“
“I recently came here a few weeks ago to see if my teen can work here and Darwin (GM) discussed terms to hire her in future so we continue to come here to get a burger/fry fix and when I come he always greets us by name and makes us feel like we are pretty special ! The food is always spot on and delicious every time! This is my teens fav spot and can’t wait to get employed when timing is right soon! I feel the experience here is better than most places in town and always recognizes us as patrons of this new Sonic! “Great little roadhouse. Stopped for a late supper. Enjoyed the homemade flavors of meatloaf, chicken, and appetizer Jalapeño strips deep fried with fries. All the dishes were very good and the service as great. It gets a little loud in the main room, but we had a great meal.“

“Oh yes I did! It’s been about 20 years since I’ve eaten a Monte Cristo sandwich and this one did not disappoint. My husband’s burger was also great. Not much for atmosphere, but the food makes up for that. They let us bring a beer from next door. The teenagers running the Friday night were attentive, respectful and seemed to keep busy actually working. Loved it!“

“This restaurant is hiding in a gas station, only open for lunch on weekdays, and has some of the best food you'll eat anywhere. For example, on Fridays they do a Fried Catfish plate (pic included.) I've ordered it a number of times, and it's the best catfish in central Texas. The hamburgers too are as good as it gets in Central Texas. Every menu item seems to be made with an old timey approach to diner food - where it's fast, tasty, inexpensive, and filling. I drive more than 25 miles one way to eat here, and do so about 6 times a year (would be more if they were open on Saturdays). The staff is friendly, too. Love love LOVE this place.“
