“The taste was alright, it's fast food, what should you expect? However, both times we have gone, they have been very busy and extremely under-staffed. Both employees, seemingly by themselves, have been: 1) taking orders, 2) making the food, 3) delivering, and 4) processing payments.
I understand that this area is really growing and the wait times can feel obtrusive but I have to give it up to both of these employees, getting everything done with a smile.“

“I have never actually been to this Wendy’s location but have ordered through door dash. Today I ordered food for my son’s birthday because he wanted Wendy’s and my order was cancelled by door dash. I called the restaurant and they were very apologetic about this happening and assured me they were online and receiving orders from other delivery platforms and to go ahead and try again. The gentleman also said that he would reach out to door dash to let them know they had not been receiving orders. This time the order went through fine. A little later I got a call back from the restaurant to let me know that they were currently remaking vanilla frosty and it was basically liquid (we had ordered two frostys using vanilla). He told me it would be 10 minutes longer to wait on that or that they could make it with chocolate now if that was ok. I said that was fine. This was a fantastic customer service experience and I really appreciate the time and effort they took to address my issue, apologize, resolve it, and reach out to communicate the frosty situation. Thank you Wendy’s Manor for your kindness!“

“This is easily the best Taco Bell - I always receive tacos made fresh with a perfect amount of meat, lettuce, and cheese.
I use the app & my orders have always been correct.
Everyone that works here as been extremely helpful. Honestly, I hate going to other Taco Bells now. Just wish they had the enchirito but that's not this location's fault.“

“This is our go-to McDonalds. It’s only a mile from the house. We do drive-thru or curbside and typically get in and out in mere minutes. However, today we placed a curbside order, checked in on the app once we got there, and wasted some time scrolling while we waited. Nearly 30 minutes later my wife called the store from our curbside spot to check on our order. The employee that answered the phone asked my wife for her name, searched for a few minutes, and found our order. The employee then said that we placed a drive through order, not a curbside order (insinuating that my beautiful bride made a mistake) and that she would have the order sent out to us. Moments later we had our food and were on our way.
Unfortunately the order had likely sat the entire time we waited so the hash browns were cool and soggy like everything else in the bag, including our spirits.
We understand that mistakes happen, I make them all of the time (I’m sure my wife could attest to this fact) but it all comes down to taking ownership of your mistakes and making them as right as possible.
Nice try McDonalds but swing and a miss today.“

The young man working there ALONE, did a phenomenal job. I had 4 sandwiches and there were other customers all handled timely and with no complaints. This gentleman deserves a bonus, a raise, a promotion, or a paid week of vacation. THESE ARE THE EMPLOYEES YOU TRY TO KEEP.
Don't let him work alone again though ffs.“

“I just wanted to leave a review for all of the staff working on 2/27. My order was mixed up at the drive through which is no big deal but all of the workers quickly worked together to make it right. Their customer service went above and beyond and we appreciated it.“

“The Pizza Hut in Manor is almost that girl...
I can't quit give them 5 stars because they never have two things at one time.
If the food is good the customer service is meh... If the customer service is good, they burned my baby's cheese pizza.
Now I'm a carry out girl, so my rating reflects my interactions with the people face to face.
Now one thing I will say is they don't play about that 15 minute pick up time. Only one time have I waited longer than 15 minutes and that was because they remade my order.
I go there TOO much to give them a lower star rating, UNLESS they piss me off which they haven't... Yet.
So yeah, I recommend, until I don't.“

“Susannah H. Girl I just wanna say God Bless u! I had a very horrible day and usually I don’t go inside and order I go through the drive through but today I decided different and I’m glad that I did! You were so kind and welcoming and complemented me and I didn’t even feel pretty girl 😭 I had to give u a hug hope that wasn’t weird! But if y’all are in the Manor area, go to that Chick-fil-A in to experience this beautiful soul, she is so kind, outgoing and welcoming she made going inside to order a grateful experience! And give my girl that raise it is well deserved❤️❤️🫶🏽“
