Just went through the drive-thru and was mid sentence when asking for fresh nuggets when the lady cut me off while talking saying “they are fresh you can check in the window” while you hear everyone erupt in laughter in the back. How unprofessional! You’re here to provide service, if I ask for something just do it. No need for the attitude. I sure did keep driving not getting any of my hard earned money out of me.
Went through the drive thru this morning and the lady kept speaking Spanish, meanwhile I don’t know Spanish. I ordered she kept asking me things I didn’t understand. I finally got my order on the screen after about three times of deleting it. Pulled up to the window and she tried to charge me $5 more than what my total was and I asked why she said oh yeah it’s $10.71. I asked her what was going on and got no response. Horrible customer service in response time.I was very disappointed in how they handle my order I had made online. I tried calling several times in nobody answer the phone. I waited a hour in a half almost for my order to get to me..
