“Always crowded, popular taco truck on 290 in Elgin, TX. Open until noon or 1:00. Friendly and fast. Homemade large flour tortillas. Get with sausage or chorizo as bacon is fairly bland. Hot green sauce is H.O.T. Red sauce is a normal person’s hot. Neither are for wimps. Yum.”

The pasta and filling on the lobster ravioli were good, and they were cooked with the upmost care, but the sauce stole the show. Creamy with a touch of acidity, and a savory buttery fish flavor that was a celebration of the dish.The pastry inside tiramisu was still crisp while the rest was firm and creamy.A surprising gem out here in Elgin Texas.”

“Finding good Mexican Food isn't too hard here in Texas, but every now and again you Find a Gem like this place That sets the Standard for the rest! I often taste my food before adding S&P or Hot Sauce, and Dude, I was blown away! No S&P was needed. I did try their house Hot sauce more out of obligation than necessity, because if the food was that good the Sauce has to be too, Right!? Well Helms Yea It Was! So Yea I Definitely recommend this Joint. I will be back again as often as I can get out that direction!”

“This place has fantastic food and service. I have recently had dental surgery and can eat only soft foods. I was able to eat the rice and beans and tried two types of soup. The chicken soup was fabulous and the seafood soup was very good. I could not eat shrimp and asked for just fish and they gave me a lot of fish. Atmosphere is not a priority at this restaurant but food and service more than makes up for the lack of ambiance. Highly recommend!! ?”
