I love this place and their tacos. My first time stopping here was when I was getting tacos for my employees and everyone asked me where I got the tacos from cause they were so good ! I will be coming back in the future !!!
I was on my way from Houston, going to visit friends in the Austin area .. I Googled breakfast tacos, and the "Taco Stop" popped up in Elgin. But when I drove by, they were 10 minutes away from closing, and everything was basically sold out. I explained how I found them on Google, and I wanted to drop by and try them out. Always crowded, popular taco truck on 290 in Elgin, TX. Open until noon or 1:00. Friendly and fast. Homemade large flour tortillas. Get with sausage or chorizo as bacon is fairly bland. Hot green sauce is H.O.T. Red sauce is a normal person’s hot. Neither are for wimps. Yum.
