Great service in Elgin from Estella!

Nice Texmex restraint with large open dinning area. Chips and salsa are free the red sausa little spicy the verde is mild. The service was quick and polite. The charo beans could use a little more cooking. Both of our meals were good but not over the top. I say go try this place you will find something that you will like.
