When preparing for my 3 hour drive to Huntsville from Austin, I knew I had to find a coffee shop when on the road. Stumbling upon Chemn Cafe and their reviews, it was instantly the stop. The atmosphere and interior design were very earthy along with their collections of knick knacks and books. The cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese was addictive along with the Matcha Latte the kind barista made. This cafe is so quaint. The staff was unbelievably sweet and friendly. The conversation was genuine, which I appreciate. The coffee was soo good! I wish I lived in this area, cause I'd be a regular.
