I’ve been in Elgin donuts many times always the best food! Love the kolaches!!! Usually great service but not this time the lady was talking on the phone the whole time never acknowledged us at all. I was waiting for her to get off the phone to order but she never did and just said are you ready? So I gave her my order and we checked out no thank you or come again usually they give my 3 year old a sticker but she barely acknowledged us. I felt like such a burden.
