The pizza has always been hot and fresh. But the desserts, bread sticks and wings I have purchased at different time have been over cooked not all the time but most of the time. The wings would be dry, brownie hard and at times crunchy, and the bread sticks tough. But that mostly depends on the day because I have had them cooked wonderful too. Honestly it's the luck of the draw if they will be over cooked or not.
I love pizza hut,i can have my pizza or melt cheese in less than 15 minutes.the location on 290 in Elgin is really well attended with people who take care of the costumers.I really liked....and i'm Italian so more than happy.

The only redeeming thing about this one are the drivers who are always so kind. We’ve had issues the last few times but never call because we understand that sometimes crap just happens. But when we use the same Hut points for every order to get cheese sticks then I expect to see all of the cheese sticks. They’ve always come as 2 sets of 5, this time it was 1 set and they were cut in half. The store had no interest in fixing it and said that was the standard theyve been using...read full review
