Jimmy John's has great food and prices. Staff is nice, extremely welcoming, and very helpful. The sub was ready as soon as the receipt was printed, making it a go to stop. An online order received a call right away with a recommendation to change the order based on dietary restrictions. However, one experience was gross and annoying when every sub in the bag was toasted and burnt without being asked for that flavor. Another online order had great food, but the employees looked at the customer kind of weird, and all but one guy seemed mad the customer was there.
