The staff was super friendly at this cute outdoor coffee trailer. They tout their direct relationships with coffee farmers in Colombia and offer a creative menu. I usually drink my coffee black or as a cortado and they offer multiple “black coffee” options. I went with the signature drink the Desnudo which is a shaken espresso over ice and it was delicious. Hype lives up to the coffee
We got the brown sugar miso latte and white miso matcha with orange blossom. Both are popular menu items but we would recommend the latte over the matcha. When ordering feel free to ask questions about the flavor profiles! Staff are super knowledgeable and happy to make recommendations. Wait times to order can be super long but the turn around to getting the drink was not that bad. Plenty of seating around.

Desnudo Coffee in downtown offers the best coffee you'll ever have, with a standout menu that leans into creative, playful drinks alongside classic espresso-based options. The brown sugar and miso latte is incredible, with perfect milk texture and subtle flavors, while the vanilla latte is second to none. Matcha lattes and iced coffees also get praise. The food is amazing, with a delicious breakfast sandwich on an excellent potato bun and a great guava pastry with perfect flaky texture. The cookie and the sandwich are delicious. The downtown location has a cute vibe, though sometimes there is a giant line, which shows how good it is and that it's worth the wait. The staff is lovely, and their attention to detail makes every experience unique. The location is incredibly convenient, though occasionally a quick visit may involve a short wait.
