Great neighborhood bar. Friendly staff, diverse clientele, affordable prices and good pours. The only downside is that it is almost too fun, and it becomes hard to leave.Update 10/29/22...still too funUpdate 12/31/22...fun way to ring in the new year
Typical neighborhood dive bar. Appreciate they're accepting of all folks that come in. Nothing special atmosphere and regular priced craft beers $7/$8. Bartenders were drinking on the job and went to the back for long periods of time on a regular basis. Plenty of parking.

This is a proper dive that has a lot of old Austin flavor. The Saturday crowd is full of eclectic individuals that are super friendly and fun to talk to. First Saturdays have Kareoke Underground and it's a ton of fun. The staff is cool, even though they have to deal with some pretty drunk asshats, which they stop serving, and rightfully so. Fun place if you're a fun person. Not for the yuppies that's for sure.
