“Exceptional omakase. One of my favorite restaurants in Austin. The chef is extremely personable and kind. Made me feel incredible comfortable throughout the whole experience. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The food itself was absolutely delicious. Every single nigiri was exceptional, with wonderful rice texture. The fish itself was always excellent quality and the sauces lightly coated on each fish were excellently paired with the flavor profile of the fish itself. Drinks: I did the sake pairing which had two options, a standard pairing for $80 iirc, and prestige pairing for $100. I did the pairing for $100. It was outstanding. My friend opted to do the prestige wine pairing ($110); she thoroughly enjoyed that pairing, as well. After the 22 courses, we went back the bar/lounge area and opted to finish our night with a glass of or Born Gold sake. The service team was incredible throughout the meal. Their presence was very low-key, but they were informative and really kind. Will absolutely be returning in the future.“

“From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was so calming. We came for our anniversary on Saturday evening. We had 2 managers welcome us and our server, Bryan was right there. The table was decorated for us with rose petals and a nice card. We had the stone crab for the first time ever and it definitely did not disappoint. It was delicious. My husband got the salmon and it was perfectly cooked. I got the filet and it was good too, however the star of my meal was the lobster bisque. It was 🤌🏻 perfect! It was pricey but well worth every cent for our 35th! Thank you Truluck’s for an amazing experience. You’ve ruined every other restaurant for us. I guess we will just have to come back!“

“PERFECT!!! That's what describes last night's experience at Bartlett's. My wife ordered the Fish and Shrimp with a small Caesar salad and I got their Famous French Dip sandwich. Everything cooked to perfection!! Our waiter Jeff L was right there every we needed something. An EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE (Again). Have been coming here since 1984 and never a bad experience.“

“Soupleaf is one of the best hot pots around. Delicious broths with veggie/vegan options, tons of veggies and noodles AYCE style, and availability for included AYCE seafood at the bar, plus meats they bring out to you (if you’re into that). Unlimited sauce bar, rice, noodles…everything is included. They also have fruit and soft serve for dessert. You can top off your broth with a different variety where most other places will charge you extra for a different broth flavor. I also love that they have a different price point for their “Sealeaf” if you just want veggies and foods from the AYCE bar without any meat. Very vegan/vegetarian friendly place, but I’ve also brought meat eaters and watched them rub their full belly while rolling out the door. Great value, taste, variety of fresh ingredients, a consistently good experience.“

“My boyfriend and I visited last night on an impromptu date, and had a fantastic evening! We were served by Liv who was such a spectacular hostess. First she explained the menu layout, told us about their take home special, and even offered help when it came to selecting drinks for the night.

Our food paired with our sangria choices were amazing. Highly recommend the Classics Combination appetizer!

Once we finished our dinner, Liv let us take our time when it came to check out at the table. She even shared some flyers of upcoming dinner specials for the end of the month and November! We look forward to returning for the Aged To Perfection Bourbon Dinner!“

“The Fish Shop has a small footprint but is very much one of Austin's top dining experiences. The seafood is of the highest quality, but what stood out was the inventive preparations and ingredient selection. The lobster toast (on brioche), cauliflower and crab soup and schnitzel with fish sauce each tasted great and each was different than anything we had tasted before. The 6th street setting is less formal, and our server was helpful, efficient and kind. We really enjoyed our new discovery.“

“We have been wanting to try this new restaurant in Manor for a while, and finally did so today. I am sorry we waited. They have done a great job with the decor and seating and it feels very warm and welcoming.
I had the bacon wrapped shrimp (Camarones Momia) and my wife ordered the Beefsteak lunch (Plate Milanesa).
Both of our plates were full and we ended up taking the leftovers home. Our food was delivered in about 10 minutes and the waitress was cheerful and responsive.
The entire premise was clean and the prices were very reasonable.
We are heading back to try the breakfast on Sunday.“
