Soupleaf is one of the best hot pots around. Delicious broths with veggie/vegan options, tons of veggies and noodles AYCE style, and availability for included AYCE seafood at the bar, plus meats they bring out to you (if you’re into that). Unlimited sauce bar, rice, noodles…everything is included. They also have fruit and soft serve for dessert. You can top off your broth with a different variety where most other places will charge you extra for a different broth flavor....read full review
First time ever going to a hot pot restaurant. Our waiter Bryan was excellent. He was friendly , welcoming and Explained how everything worked and created an exceptional experience for my family and I. We will def make the drive again from New Braunfels to eat here again!!!
I've been to hotpots with this price point in Vegas and Chicago and Dallas and I was blown away with the quality of the buffet offerings at Soup Leaf. This is premium AYCE hot pot at non-premium prices. The dinner meat menu was pretty standard, but the Buffet was extraordinary as it has so many premium seafood and vegetarian item. My new favorite restaurant in Austin.
