Name a place for what it is. Nothing fancy, just straight to the point, and Quality does that!! While it's one of the only seafood markets in town, it's by far our favorite! Consistently excellent over the years in both market and restaurant. These folks know how to do seafood right. Not fine dining but if you want to belly up to the bar, get a cold one and knock out a few dozen fresh shucked ersters , this is the place for you. Hands down #1 in Austin to get your seafood fix on.

Awesome experience, great food, great service. We had Gulf oysters on the shell, clam chowder, a couple kinds of po' boys (the blackened catfish po'boy was REALLY good!), fries, jalapeño cornbread (delicious!), fried okra and the seasonal bread pudding--blueberry. The oysters, clam chowder, blackened catfish po' boy and the bread pudding were pretty flicking awesome, the rest was great. And they had a really good 512 nut brown ale on tap!!
