The parking lots are suited for homeless visitors because they are not cleaned regularly. The service was terrible because we had one condition, to put allergy related foods in one seperate bag. When getting the order the fries were mixed in with another food item. It was a simple and not uncommon request, but it was not followed. Today I placed the order for my two daughters on the app at this point for pickup. When I arrived a lady told me that the order had already been delivered. I told him that it was not possible that I had ordered for my daughters and I had not withdrawn.She told me very angrily that she couldn't do anything and that if I wanted to I could contact the line to complain but that they were not going to give me my order. Restaurant does not follow its posted operating hours. The dining room was closed, and nobody was at the store. No signage posted stating reason they were closed.Hours listed need updated as well if your weekend houra are different. Whoever is the manager/owner here needs to do better.
