Restaurant does not follow its posted operating hours. The dining room was closed, and nobody was at the store. No signage posted stating reason they were closed.Hours listed need updated as well if your weekend houra are different. Whoever is the manager/owner here needs to do better.

The Syndicate System

The parking lots are suited for homeless visitors because they are not cleaned regularly. The service was terrible because we had one condition, to put allergy related foods in one seperate bag. When getting the order the fries were mixed in with another food item. It was a simple and not uncommon request, but it was not followed. When asking for a refund to no longer get good from this place on a card I had just used, the staff lied and said they do not have the ability to process refunds. We had not touched the food and they would not return the item.

Today I placed the order for my two daughters on the app at this point for pickup. When I arrived a lady told me that the order had already been delivered. I told him that it was not possible that I had ordered for my daughters and I had not withdrawn.She told me very angrily that she couldn't do anything and that if I wanted to I could contact the line to complain but that they were not going to give me my order. My 4 year old daughter told them but my mom ordered my food.They should train the staff better so that they don't give such stupid answers and do their job well.Because it's not my fault that they give the order to anyone and then tell my daughters and I to leave and just call to complain.

The person in the drive thru speaker was telling me all the stuff they didnt have so i was trying to save there breath from telling the really didnt need to know details so i asked do yall have SPICY CHICKEN NUGGETS 1 time after that the person had gotten really upset and said sir since you interupted me while i was talking you can leave the drive thru and then i said what are you talking about i just asked a question they said goodbye sir good bye sir goodnight very unprofessional customer skills

I've always run into inattentive and unfriendly staff here, but the final straw was pulling up to the drive-through at 9pm only to be told they're closed (hours say open until midnight) and that "closing time depends on the manager"

Disgusting! Business manager and staff should be fired. Every time my order is messed up. The worst part about it is the customer service.The icing on the cake…They refused to provide me with an order I placed on the app. Blamed it on corporate. Mind you the order was 2.48 total with the inclusion of my rewards.And to the manager for slamming the drive thru window in my face. I pray for you. In a world where many are struggling, to be outright dismissive and tell me to “Call Corporate and complain to them”.Gross -WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Always empty inside the store, and looks run down and a little dirty. They never have the seasonal frosty until later on. Their QR code is never working. The salads dropped down in size over the years and with shrinkflation, the salad had more toppings than leaves. Not a good run for your money unless you get the 4 for $4. It’s better if you go to Panda Express next door, it’s more fresh.
