I live in Chicago but work in ATX (I’m deom
Austin). I go back and forth a lot, We don’t have tacos in IL. It’s not the same anyway. I looove taco deli and really wish we had this in the Midwest. My favorites are the pollo en mole, mojo salmon and whatever that bean and cheese taco is with bacon. If you guys open a spot in Chicago you will make bank, especially since we don’t have real queso lol.
