This place is amazing. Birria ramen, birria tacos, churros. The ramen is the star, with tender meat, rich consommé, perfectly cooked noodles, and crisp radish/onions/cabbage.I can’t wait to go back. One of the best bowls of ramen in the city. Don’t sleep on it. They’ve been open for maybe 7 months, but they’re going to be big. I know it.
I ordered birria tacos and the birria ramen. I shldv ordered quesabirria just to try them. Oh well. The times I ordered were exceptionally tasty. I didn't have much liquid in my ramen BUT it could be because I got my order to go and I had to drive 6 mins back to where I was staying. There was too much grease in the ramen (imo). Shldv been more liquid/broth. I would return.
