Not my typical type of place, yet the food was spot on! The mussels rocked! My first time trying mussels and the bar was set high. Not much of a drinker myself but this place is great for whiskey love. Definitely worth trying for all.
All appetizers were very good. We had three, GREEN fried Tomatoes, chicken balls, and Broccoli fried. Dean our Server was the best. Knew what we wanted. I had the Pork Chops. Could not decide because every item description looked good. A little noisy due to concrete floors. Prices reasonable for very high quality food and presentation. Whiskey cake is one of my favorite places to visit since moving to the Austin area on 4/7/24 a few of us gathered for a friends birthday. The service staff provides is always at the highest level, but it was exceptionally good on this visit. Our server was gracious, patient, kind and funny. He took time to give good travel and tattoo information when asked about his art work.
