“I don’t live here so I’ve never been to this Starbucks in my life. I also almost never write reviews, but the service here was exceptional. Whoever was on the 10am shift on 2/28 was not messing around on service. Polite, fast, friendly. Food perfect. Cafe spotless. Restroom exceptionally clean. 10/10.“

“I love this Starbucks. It’s right near my work and I come here once or twice a day. The baristas are super friendly, know my name, and what I usually order. It is so heartwarming when I walk into the cafe and everyone behind the counter looks up and says hello at the same time. It’s a great vibe and I usually don’t use that word unless I really mean it. Carolina has been super helpful, though there are too many to name, I appreciate everyone here!“

“I stopped by early am to grab me and my grandma a coffee and breakfast. I got a dark roast for her and myself a caramel frappe 🤤😋 and the turkey and basil and tomato sandwich. Drove all the way to south Austin and it was just as delicious as it was when they handed it to me 🥰 the lady in the drive was very kind and very helpful. Thank you all for all that you all do it's truly appreciated 💕“

“Girl at counter was nice and helped a person who knew not what she was ordering for another person! Lol. Washed cups purchased before using them!! I don’t like going into a place for anything right now with Covid but promised someone I would set it for them. Not a bad place to do so!“
“I’m a local in this area, and I really enjoy Starbucks, so I often visit different locations. Compared to other branches, this one doesn’t have a huge seating area, but it’s not small either—just comfortable. It’s always kept very clean, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. Whether I visit in the morning, afternoon, or evening, the atmosphere is always the same. Even during busy hours, it’s rarely noisy or chaotic.“
“Normally I go their after workout and baristas take good care. I love my psl and customer service. Emily,Angie and Victoria do their bests to take care of me. I had to use restroom and I came out they brought my drink and watch my stuff the other day. They do treat me like I am at home.“
“Fairly normal Starbucks: high prices (not the location’s fault), very friendly service, free refills on hot and iced drip coffee.
One day, the drip coffee machine was broken (at a coffee place!) and had been for a week (seriously) but something else was made for me at the same price.
Very pleased with LACK of crowds lately.
Music can be way too loud, and chairs scraping on floor are deafening.
But good place to set up shop for a while…but buy something!“

“I just started going to this location and the drinks are always on point. & always the right “color” lol. Especially the pumpkin cream cold brew. The baristas are really nice & look @ the cutest artwork I got on my cup today! It definitely put a smile on my face (:“
“I visit this Starbucks location on I-35 & Texas Ave almost every day, and I usually have a great experience. The staff is typically very friendly, and that’s honestly one of the main reasons I keep coming back.
However, today (Saturday, April 11), the person who handed me my order at the drive-thru was not very pleasant. It was a bit disappointing because I’ve come to expect a warm and welcoming attitude from this location.
Please don’t lose that friendliness—it really makes a difference and is what makes this Starbucks special.“
