“This is the first Starbucks I have been to with a walk up window. I thought that was pretty cool. The service was quick and good. Although my husband forgot his wallet in the car they started making his drink right away which was very helpful because we were in a rush to meet my family at a nearby restaurant. This location can be a little difficult to get to because the entrance from the frontage road is down a notch, but the nice service makes it worth it. The slight confusion may be from the fact that I am out of state and the roads around this area took some extra thought to navigate correctly.“
“I've made this my daily coffee place over the last year even though there is a closer location. I did so because in general the staff is really friendly and work hard to remember their customers and their orders.For some reason. The weekend crew is always behind. I don't know if corporate doesn't allow enough hours to staff appropriately on weekends, or its due to lack of motivation. But the lines and drive-through queue are always super long. Still friendly smiling service. Just longer waits. Admittedly, I still go knowing this because for TX, where the rule seems to be horrible service and not the exception, these employees are fantastic.“
“Drive through experience, the young lady that works there is very kind and chatty, in a good way. Made it feel like "The Austin experience" from the past. Good people, great care taken to make the orders to spec. Appreciated the interaction.“
“I ordered online in the line because it was long. Lacy was quick to make my drink had it out in 5 minutes. Lacy was the only employee who was doing everything taking orders, making drinks, food items with a positive attitude. Lacy explained how she was the only worker and she was doing her best she could. Find a policy or crew who don’t call out to put stress on the other employees and long wait time. The other crew member was hardly to be seen. The store is dirty and needs someone to step aside and clean it. No water to drink, straw wrappers all over the counter, paper towels soaking up a coffee spill. Guests were waiting 5-10 minutes in line. Give Lacy help don’t let a good employee struggle by herself. “Girl at counter was nice and helped a person who knew not what she was ordering for another person! Lol. Washed cups purchased before using them!! I don’t like going into a place for anything right now with Covid but promised someone I would set it for them. Not a bad place to do so!“
“If you're in a rush, walk in. Yah, sounds counterintuitive but it works. Trust me. The service at this location is a dream. To my knowledge, this is the only coffee house that has a kitchen expediter. The orders are organized, prioritized, and delivered by a cheerful and helpful barista. SB 22297, HUGE kudos to whoever thought of this very efficient practice. I wasn't in a good mood walking in, but I left with a smile and optimism. This day will be good! TY John!“

“I'll have to sift through all these reviews but shocked to see such a low rating from my favorite location. I'm actually closer to the 79/red bud but they are always out of everything, the line takes forever and my coffee never tastes the same. So almost on the daily I drive to this location. They are friendly, quick and my favorite CONSISTENT. I know my coffee will taste good and that my friends is worth em the extra 5 min to head that way for me at least. The inside is always clean, parking is easy, overall this is choice for me when it comes to the 6 Starbucks that surround my house.“
“This Starbucks has become my favorite location as I've been to the original location at Pikes Place Market in Seattle, Washington, of which this location even beats their home store. You can always count on everyone here being friendly and professional and most know my name of which is funny making me feel like Norm at Cheer's, at home and as if I'm their family. This location recently got updated with new equipment that no other location in Texas has and I love it even more.“
