“I love this store.
They're busy in the mornings but what Starbucks isn't?
I feel bad that they have to deal with rude DELIVERY drivers. They push their way to front, expect instant service and then give a bad review to the store like they're an actual customer. These baristas don't need all that. They work hard during rushes.
This store is clean and has a great aesthetic. This store has die hard regulars for a reason. Keep it up guys“

“I stopped by early am to grab me and my grandma a coffee and breakfast. I got a dark roast for her and myself a caramel frappe 🤤😋 and the turkey and basil and tomato sandwich. Drove all the way to south Austin and it was just as delicious as it was when they handed it to me 🥰 the lady in the drive was very kind and very helpful. Thank you all for all that you all do it's truly appreciated 💕“
“I don’t live here so I’ve never been to this Starbucks in my life. I also almost never write reviews, but the service here was exceptional. Whoever was on the 10am shift on 2/28 was not messing around on service. Polite, fast, friendly. Food perfect. Cafe spotless. Restroom exceptionally clean. 10/10.“
“I returned to the store this afternoon after receiving an oat latte by mistake at the drive-thru this morning. Loki kindly replaced my drink and even provided a small gift card. I was also touched to find a greeting in my native language written on the bakery items I ordered. Thanks to the staff's thoughtful service and welcoming atmosphere, I enjoy my visits here.“

“Girl at counter was nice and helped a person who knew not what she was ordering for another person! Lol. Washed cups purchased before using them!! I don’t like going into a place for anything right now with Covid but promised someone I would set it for them. Not a bad place to do so!“

“Normally I go their after workout and baristas take good care. I love my psl and customer service. Emily,Angie and Victoria do their bests to take care of me. I had to use restroom and I came out they brought my drink and watch my stuff the other day. They do treat me like I am at home.“
“Fairly normal Starbucks: high prices (not the location’s fault), very friendly service, free refills on hot and iced drip coffee.
One day, the drip coffee machine was broken (at a coffee place!) and had been for a week (seriously) but something else was made for me at the same price.
Very pleased with LACK of crowds lately.
Music can be way too loud, and chairs scraping on floor are deafening.
But good place to set up shop for a while…but buy something!“

“Went to another location and unfortunately my drink did not taste the best. Came here and asked them to remake it. Trish gave me the BEST brown sugar shaken I’ve had, and I drink them everyday! Service was above and beyond. Thanks Trish🤎 ☕“
“The barista Zoe at this location is AMAZING. She is soo soooo kind to me every single time I come in and I can see that she works very hard to help out others when working. She is my favorite and I see her getting promoted very very soon⭐“
