I have to avoid this location because of the demeanor of two employees. One employee consistently comes across as rude and easily agitated when serving male customers. The other asks customers to leave a 10% tip before providing service when using tap-to-pay.

Went to another location and unfortunately my drink did not taste the best. Came here and asked them to remake it. Trish gave me the BEST brown sugar shaken I’ve had, and I drink them everyday! Service was above and beyond. Thanks Trish🤎 ☕
People(Including Beth) working here are so nice. I visited this place but it turned out there was no power. However, instead of kicking me out, they offered me a cup of iced water with warm heart. One of the best Starbucks I have ever experienced.

Starbucks Coffee Company is a welcoming location with exceptional customer service. The staff is consistently kind, friendly, and vibrant, ready to take orders and communicate what is happening with them. They readily offer suggestions and guidance, and their genuine passion for what they do shines through, creating an inviting environment. One reviewer was blown away by the kindness, with a barista bringing their coffee to the table when they were engrossed in work. Drinks are always on point and the right "color," especially the pumpkin cream cold brew. The artwork on cups can also bring a smile.
This location offers plenty of seating and wall outlets, making it suitable for working or business meetings. The background music is not too loud, allowing for easy conversation. Bathrooms are clean. They offer free refills with the app. Even when brewed decaf wasn't available, a decaf Americano was brewed. Conversations with the barista can make wait times enjoyable, leaving customers feeling happy. The location also has a nice collection of cups and bottles for sale, and the food options look good with healthy options. Overall, it's a location that consistently impresses and is definitely worth a stop.
