“Shout out to Jake who took my order when I dropped in for a quick bite and a pick me up on my way to north Austin. It may not seem like much, but when asked for my name he not only pronounced it back to me correctly, but he even spelled it right. That has quite literally never once happened to me in my life. I don’t have a complicated name, however it is very uncommon. We chatted for a bit and I got my order and left. It’s a small thing but I’m so grateful to Jake for the getting to experience great customer service when it seems to be dwindling. I have spent over 20 years in service myself, and I know the challenges it comes with. Thanks for making my day!“
