“I'd like to give a shout out to Crystal, Megan, Erin, Asher and the whole crew. By far this is the best Starbucks I have been to . Each staff member brings forth a passion I have never seen. Crystal set the tone off right away my first time being there. Then Megan added extra flavor that same day. Erin made suggestions to my regular drink and I have had her suggestion since. They really care about the service and the atmosphere. They remember my name and my orders. I'm not reviewing as a person that has come for years. Literally the second time I came back they recognized me and my order. Starbucks needs to up a raise to each staff in this location. “I noticed now that it seems completely expected to provide a tip. Don't get me wrong. I do not mind tipping but let's just be realistic. it is constantly it's beginning to be so uncomfortable every time people come through the drive-through you guys are not waiters and waitresses you're not working for five dollars an hour waiting hand and foot on people. This is crazy that you guys expect a five6 dollar tip every time we come around for overprice coffee as it is.“
