“Most importantly, they gave us the perfect order- NO mistakes. Very clean and accessible location. However, not convenient for my home location. EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The lady answered all my questions with expertise and really understood the product menu. She was very considerate and even went above and beyond to get out drinks organized, cleaned, and safely in the container because we bought so many.“

“We stopped by this Starbucks to relax a bit before exploring the city of Austin, and it turned out to be a perfect little break. While browsing the menu, we noticed the new advertisement for the matcha pistachio latte with chocolate and got curious, so we decided to give it a try. Honestly, it was way better than we expected! The drink had just the right balance of creaminess, and even though it was on the sweeter side, it was still very smooth and enjoyable without being overwhelming. The flavors worked really well together and felt both comforting and a little indulgent. I would absolutely order it again. The store itself had a nice, cozy atmosphere, making it a great spot to sit, relax, and recharge before continuing our day around Austin. A very pleasant and satisfying stop overall. ☕️😋“

“Excellent location but when it's dark out or very early in the morning, the entrance from Airport Blvd is not visible. Need more outside lighting for vehicles to clearly see where the sidewalk ends and the entrance begins,put reflectors or a neon entrance sign.“

The fantastic baristas (Tanner, Em, Bryce, Evan, Lena, Tanner’s twin, etc) are the most genuine, kind, positive, delightful human beings. You can tell that they truly care about customers, because they take the time to learn our names, and they go above and beyond to meet our needs. This is a direct reflection of the manager’s incredible skill set. John is in a class of his own. He works non-stop to ensure customer satisfaction, a warm and welcoming vibe, exceptional customer service, and a supportive community setting. My family has been frequenting this location on a daily basis for 2 years. The ONLY issue is the air conditioning. “Here I've found my new favorite Starbucks, even though I miss the closed the Brodie Oaks location. The staff are fabulous, very efficient, attentive and helpful. I've been in many times, used the drive thru and never have I had one single problem. The store is always clean, the bathroom as well, and I always get greeted and treated so kindly.“

“I was caught in a torrential downpour on Thursday. I was drenched and the only thing I could think to remedy my blues was a sweet, stiff, caffeine infused treat. I burst into this Starbucks thinking they would probably refuse me service based solely on how soaked my shoes were. It was refreshing when the barista greeted me and asked if I needed a towel to dry off my face and arms. I eagerly accepted. She then guided me to my craving, and I sat down in the warmth of good company. Not once did they complain about the water I tracked in. They were cordial the entire time and made me feel welcome. It isn't often that a single customer is treated with such dignity this day in age. I felt like this was a small mom and pop coffee shop and not a huge chain. “This is my go-to Starbucks! I’m a creature of habit and I’m fixated on Oatmilk Lattes, hot, even if it’s 100+ degrees outside. This location knows my order, the team is super friendly and they work really fast! I used to go to a Starbucks by the Domain and I can’t count the amount of times I was late to work because someone would take my drink and they’d have to make it brand new. I’ve never experienced that here and for that alone they should get 100 stars.“

“Went today after a hectic HEB run with a toddler IYKYK. I’ve gotten a lot of eye rolls and we can’t do that’s when I order my coffee at most places, BUT Shay in the drive thru here made me feel so much better better about my, apparently non complicated, drink order. “This location is convenient and I used to like going to this Starbucks but it really depends on who is working. Normally I have a good experience but today wasn't one of those days. The barista didn't seem to want to be there and wasn't real friendly. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and I was not impressed. I basically got a cold coffee, there was very little cream. I didn't want to go back and complain. I just added my own cream (which I could've saved the money and made my own cup at home). Because of the inconsistency, I will stick to the Starbucks up the street from now on.“

“Three dollars for a cup of coffee. Decent beans, probably not even picked by an indentured child. Always tastes the same no matter where you go, that distinct Starbucks burnt flavor. Free refills while you sit in the store, occasionally catching a snippet of conversation (and unfortunately, smell) from some of those people still keeping Austin weird. A bathroom door with a lock, and baristas who may or may not tell you the correct code. A smile from the person you hold the door for- just before their dog lunges at your toes. For all corporate America does to sanitize our world, they cannot fix the gum under the chair, the occasional flash of inconsistency in our increasingly bagged and steamed lives. What would this world be if they achieved their goals of perfect environments and services? What if you never got a different type of milk or roast than you were expecting? What if the bees didn't sting and the sun didn't burn? We'd be left with the pleasure of seeing them bumble around flowers without the respect they've earned through their painful lessons, we'd see the sun's light but feel no heat.

All that being said, my sandwich had a piece of plastic on the sausage patty, so that's an inconvenience I could do without.“

“Stopped by for my favorite Pink Drink and finally tried the Bacon Gouda sandwich and it was everything and more than what I expected. Big string cheese pull when I bit into it! “I wanted to send a huge shout out to Zachary the barrista at Starbuck's Randall's Steiner Ranch. I was in the store to pick up a perscription and ordered a macha latte while I was waiting. “You have to pick your day and time for this location. Tuesday-Thursday around 4-7 pm is the best time. It’s not crowded, you can enjoy your beverage and the coffee house music while watching the outside.Timed my online order PERFECT! Walked in and the barista was gently placing it in the pickup area. While it’s officially designed for cold brews and select cold drinks, the baristas were happy to experiment and make it work for a hot latte. “I stopped by this Starbucks recently and was seriously impressed. The space is beautiful, open, and thoughtfully laid out, which makes it feel really welcoming whether you’re grabbing something quick or settling in for a while. I did have to put that on my card. I got the same drink order at the Lavaca and 3rd St location the day before and it was cheaper there. They also did not have order ahead available. It’s located inside the JW Marriott, second floor, very nice building.“
