“Most importantly, they gave us the perfect order- NO mistakes. Very clean and accessible location. However, not convenient for my home location. EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The lady answered all my questions with expertise and really understood the product menu. She was very considerate and even went above and beyond to get out drinks organized, cleaned, and safely in the container because we bought so many.“

“We stopped by this Starbucks to relax a bit before exploring the city of Austin, and it turned out to be a perfect little break. While browsing the menu, we noticed the new advertisement for the matcha pistachio latte with chocolate and got curious, so we decided to give it a try. Honestly, it was way better than we expected! The drink had just the right balance of creaminess, and even though it was on the sweeter side, it was still very smooth and enjoyable without being overwhelming. The flavors worked really well together and felt both comforting and a little indulgent. I would absolutely order it again. The store itself had a nice, cozy atmosphere, making it a great spot to sit, relax, and recharge before continuing our day around Austin. A very pleasant and satisfying stop overall. ☕️😋“

“Excellent location but when it's dark out or very early in the morning, the entrance from Airport Blvd is not visible. Need more outside lighting for vehicles to clearly see where the sidewalk ends and the entrance begins,put reflectors or a neon entrance sign.“

My son has truly fallen in love with one of the kind employees here. One day he asked her, Can you make me a delicious drink and surprise me? and she went above and beyond to make it special for him. The way she treated him with kindness, creativity, and such a warm attitude really meant a lot to us.
Now, my son always asks to come back just to see her again and enjoy her amazing surprise drinks! I actually drive 15 minutes just to visit this location because of that experience.

“This location is simply the very best Starbucks in town. I have never experienced such superior customer service at a Starbucks. The fantastic baristas (Tanner, Em, Bryce, Evan, Lena, Tanner’s twin, etc) are the most genuine, kind, positive, delightful human beings. You can tell that they truly care about customers, because they take the time to learn our names, and they go above and beyond to meet our needs. This is a direct reflection of the manager’s incredible skill set. John is in a class of his own. He works non-stop to ensure customer satisfaction, a warm and welcoming vibe, exceptional customer service, and a supportive community setting. My family has been frequenting this location on a daily basis for 2 years. The ONLY issue is the air conditioning. If Starbucks would do something about the FREEZING COLD INSIDE, even on a warm day!“

“Came after a soccer game. Nice cashier. Tall, chill guy. Some turf outside makes it a nice spot to chat and hang. But definitely enough space inside to hang too. I saw lots of teens and preteens get dropped off. Someone painted these cute rocks outside and we loved them!“

“Here I've found my new favorite Starbucks, even though I miss the closed the Brodie Oaks location. The staff are fabulous, very efficient, attentive and helpful. I've been in many times, used the drive thru and never have I had one single problem. The store is always clean, the bathroom as well, and I always get greeted and treated so kindly.“

When you walk in, the staff greets you with a warm, “Welcome in!” The atmosphere, the decor, and most importantly, the staff make you feel cozy. Fun fact, I’m allergic to caffeine. I know, why would I go to a coffee shop?? Because they used to have a specialty drink called “caramel apple spice” on the menu. Recently, it’s been removed from the menu, which was devastating to me. I used to go to a Starbucks by the Domain and I can’t count the amount of times I was late to work because someone would take my drink and they’d have to make it brand new. I’ve never experienced that here and for that alone they should get 100 stars.“

“When we went today in the morning for our coffee, our car turned off right after we finished ordering.we were stuck in middle of the drive thru.We tried to turn it on but our battery was dead. The staff asked if we needed help. Told them what happened and they immediately came out to help us out. We pushed the car to the window, pay and then out the drive through to park. Josh offered and took his time to help jump start our car with his cables and truck. Luckily there is an o’reilly around the corner! We truly appreciate josh and the morning staff for helping us out! “The kids who run this Starbucks are a lot of fun--they know me and know my dogs, and that's rare in Austin these days. I'm a fossil hunter and the Starbucks employees always like to see the fossils I have in my car from the weekend.Maybe they are just humoring an old man but that's okay--they make me want to come back. “This location is convenient and I used to like going to this Starbucks but it really depends on who is working. Normally I have a good experience but today wasn't one of those days. The barista didn't seem to want to be there and wasn't real friendly. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and I was not impressed. I basically got a cold coffee, there was very little cream. I didn't want to go back and complain. I just added my own cream (which I could've saved the money and made my own cup at home). Because of the inconsistency, I will stick to the Starbucks up the street from now on.“

That flexibility and willingness to accommodate says a lot about the team here.

The location itself is relatively small and can feel crowded, especially during peak morning hours. Parking can be a bit tricky early in the day, so you sometimes have to be patient or creative. It’s not really a place to settle in for long work sessions, but it’s perfectly fine for spending a few relaxed minutes inside or enjoying your drink outside. One minor annoyance is the code-locked restroom, which can feel inconvenient when you’re in a hurry.

All things considered, this Starbucks delivers where it matters most—good coffee, thoughtful service, and a convenient neighborhood feel. Despite a few logistical quirks, it’s a reliable, friendly spot that keeps me coming back.“

I’ve been rung up by her quite a few times before and she always says the best jokes which totally make my day. I also love how the staff at this location make cute drawings on my order. “I stopped by this Starbucks recently and was seriously impressed. The space is beautiful, open, and thoughtfully laid out, which makes it feel really welcoming whether you’re grabbing something quick or settling in for a while. Everything was incredibly clean, from the café area to the handoff space, and you can tell the team takes pride in maintaining the store.

The atmosphere strikes that perfect balance between energetic and comfortable. There’s plenty of room to spread out without feeling crowded, and the overall vibe just feels calm and inviting.

What really stood out though was the team. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about creating a great experience. My drink was made perfectly, and the whole visit felt smooth from start to finish. They will warm your fresh baked goods and everything I've tried there was delicious! Loved the berry blondie!

“Most Starbucks are a bit more organized. Perhaps because it was so busy, it seemed like total chaos with orders being taken without space for people to stand while waiting. You have to duck and weave to get your order. The conversation from the people sitting upstairs is so loud that you can’t hear the names as they are read out.“

“This Starbucks is inside the Randall’s to the left as you walk in the door. There are a few tables with some seating, nothing fancy, though, and a small menu of drinks and a handful of pastries. This is not as big as the independent Starbucks cafés, But it’s got all the basics.“

“I pre-ordered via the app. They close at 10 and I ordered and got there around 9:35 (I know, I KNOW! lol) My drink isn't difficult but it's not the traditional recipe. DESPITE my order and getting there close to close I was treated very well. JoAnna made my drinks PERFECTLY and Cole was very nice.

I saw previous reviews of unenthusiastic and/or rude baristas. I didn't have that experience.

“The drinks were good. I was short about $0.60 on my gift card (app) and I had a $1 but they don’t take cash. They had a tip jar with cash so they do but they don’t. I did have to put that on my card. I got the same drink order at the Lavaca and 3rd St location the day before and it was cheaper there. They also did not have order ahead available. It’s located inside the JW Marriott, second floor, very nice building.“
