“We stopped by this Starbucks to relax a bit before exploring the city of Austin, and it turned out to be a perfect little break. While browsing the menu, we noticed the new advertisement for the matcha pistachio latte with chocolate and got curious, so we decided to give it a try. Honestly, it was way better than we expected! The drink had just the right balance of creaminess, and even though it was on the sweeter side, it was still very smooth and enjoyable without being overwhelming. The flavors worked really well together and felt both comforting and a little indulgent. I would absolutely order it again. The store itself had a nice, cozy atmosphere, making it a great spot to sit, relax, and recharge before continuing our day around Austin. A very pleasant and satisfying stop overall. ☕️😋“

“This part of town is under construction and it’s a bloody mess to get here, but the crew at this store rocks. Johnny was the man and helped me navigate using my points and took care of my wife for her birthday. Major kudos to him for being a rockstar.“

“Excellent location but when it's dark out or very early in the morning, the entrance from Airport Blvd is not visible. Need more outside lighting for vehicles to clearly see where the sidewalk ends and the entrance begins,put reflectors or a neon entrance sign.“

“I was having a rough morning on my way to work, and had been crying. Of course I needed coffee so I stopped at this location (as I’ve done many times). I was choking back tears as I ordered my Tall drink and could barely muster a “thank you” when I was given my total. At the window, I was surprised with an upgraded Venti and told that my drink was free and that they hoped I have the best day. That was very kind of them, and unfortunately I didn’t get their names but I hope they know they made my day so much better.“

“This location is simply the very best Starbucks in town. I have never experienced such superior customer service at a Starbucks. The fantastic baristas (Tanner, Em, Bryce, Evan, Lena, Tanner’s twin, etc) are the most genuine, kind, positive, delightful human beings. You can tell that they truly care about customers, because they take the time to learn our names, and they go above and beyond to meet our needs. This is a direct reflection of the manager’s incredible skill set. John is in a class of his own. He works non-stop to ensure customer satisfaction, a warm and welcoming vibe, exceptional customer service, and a supportive community setting. My family has been frequenting this location on a daily basis for 2 years. The ONLY issue is the air conditioning. If Starbucks would do something about the FREEZING COLD INSIDE, even on a warm day!“

“All 5 ⭐️s go to Luis!! I had to pick up 7 coffees for a meeting and one Starbux employee basically told me I was on my own. BUT, Luis came to the rescue! I didn’t even ask him he just overheard that was having trouble. He bagged and tagged all coffees so I could safely make it up to the 3rd floor without spilling a drop!! Give this man a raise!!“

“I come here often to get my drinks. The staff have a youthful vibe — energetic and polite. My order is always prepared quickly, and I’m happy with the service. The place is not crowded; sometimes small groups come in but they leave quickly. There are always a few people working or studying here. Overall, it has a nice and comfortable atmosphere.“

“If I could give this location and their staff a 10 star rating, I would! Especially, GREG! When you walk in, the staff greets you with a warm, “Welcome in!” The atmosphere, the decor, and most importantly, the staff make you feel cozy. Fun fact, I’m allergic to caffeine. I know, why would I go to a coffee shop?? Because they used to have a specialty drink called “caramel apple spice” on the menu. Recently, it’s been removed from the menu, which was devastating to me. This drink is a special treat for me. It’s a very fancy hot apple cider (Caffeine free). I went in trying to explain what it was and that’s when my angel, Greg appeared. He immediately knew what I wanted and let me know how to order it if he wasn’t there to help me. GREG IS THE BEST!!!!! Love him, love the staff here, BEST LOCATION IN AUSTIN!!! 10 STARS!!!“

If you want an different Starbucks cafe experience than normal ones, you can try the Starbucks Reserve.

I used to go to a Starbucks by the Domain and I can’t count the amount of times I was late to work because someone would take my drink and they’d have to make it brand new. I’ve never experienced that here and for that alone they should get 100 stars.“

I’ve been rung up by her quite a few times before and she always says the best jokes which totally make my day. I also love how the staff at this location make cute drawings on my order. “This location is convenient and I used to like going to this Starbucks but it really depends on who is working. Normally I have a good experience but today wasn't one of those days. The barista didn't seem to want to be there and wasn't real friendly. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and I was not impressed. I basically got a cold coffee, there was very little cream. I didn't want to go back and complain. I just added my own cream (which I could've saved the money and made my own cup at home). Because of the inconsistency, I will stick to the Starbucks up the street from now on.“

“The barista who works there on Friday afternoons literally turned my Friday around. She didn’t know this, today has… not been great for me. “I commend the employees of this Starbucks location for the professionalism and willingness to persevere through challenging events they had to unfortunately be subjected to tonight by just one very selfish person.

The man that gave Happy, one young lady and another lady-unfortunately, I forget the names of the two ladies who were employees of this Starbucks location-an extremely hard time was ordered multiple times before by other employees of this location to leave and not come back for his inappropriate behavior; but instead of taking heed of what he's been ordered to do he not only takes the liberty to come back to this location, but he also passes out drunk, scatters eaten food, as well as liquids from different sweet drinks, all around himself. as well as an unopened can of beer, and the worst part about all of this is that it seems like all of the food and drinks he had were completely new, so this insinuates that other people have generously been giving to him and that he has been taking advantage of them by making the jobs of those innocent employees who have been working tonight harder. I know this because I have talked to this man and he's told me he was recently released from prison on parole homeless. If this is true-which I don't really think there is any reason to believe this is not true, but it would completely shock me if it wasn't-then that's very saddening and disgusting to know that this is what he does with his other chance to re-establish himself into society.

Very fortunately, the employees have maintained professionalism by continuing to do their jobs, despite the problems that man has given to them. For some reason, it has taken some time for the police to arrive at the location, but even then the employees have kept calm and sort of industrious for the meantime. They even made me a mocha without charge, which I would believe was as an apology for the whole situation transpiring.

Again, I thank the employees for their professionalism and positivity, celebrate what they have endured, and hope that they get something good for the awesome things they've done.“

“You have to pick your day and time for this location. Tuesday-Thursday around 4-7 pm is the best time. It’s not crowded, you can enjoy your beverage and the coffee house music while watching the outside.Timed my online order PERFECT! Walked in and the barista was gently placing it in the pickup area. Great to see the drink was being slides on the counter.Def be back, plus it’s an easy walk.“

“This Starbucks is inside the Randall’s to the left as you walk in the door. There are a few tables with some seating, nothing fancy, though, and a small menu of drinks and a handful of pastries. This is not as big as the independent Starbucks cafés, But it’s got all the basics.“

However, one disappointing aspect is how long mobile orders take. Most of the time, I have to remind the staff, or else the order takes forever to be completed and in some case it take more than 30-40 min which is disappointing.“

I did have to put that on my card. I got the same drink order at the Lavaca and 3rd St location the day before and it was cheaper there. They also did not have order ahead available. It’s located inside the JW Marriott, second floor, very nice building.“
