I don't go to Starbucks very often but when I do I make the best of it I like that y'all have breakfast sandwiches and muffins I've never had a problem with any of the staff and when I go downtown I will stop here like I said I ride the bus so when I'm in the area I got to stop
I came after it had been raining and expected it to be a little warm inside, but it was freezing. The baristas were so kind and understanding, but I honestly felt bad for them because they have to work in the cold while handling cold drinks as well. They all kept their winter coats on the entire time, and I couldn’t imagine being there for an entire shift. Incredible staff and incredible service, I just hope the temperature inside gets fixed soon.
Cashier lady wearing glasses was kind of rude, she didn’t even asked my name for the order, just literally asked what did I want, didn’t even asked if I wanted another kind of milk or whatever. Didn’t had the chance to say it.
The place was not crowded so this should be her usual customer service treatment.
Luckily the person who actually made the coffee added a nice message on the cup which I really appreciate it after the rude first interaction.
