“I went this past weekend and I was greeted by a friendly worker there named Kaitlyn. I’m old school and don’t know much about the fancy coffee that they offer so she kindly guided me to what to get based on flavors that I liked. She was very quick getting my order together and she even did it with a smile on her face. The store was clean and everyone else seemed very kind too. I can’t wait to come back again and get more delicious coffee. Who knows, maybe I’ll try matcha too“

“I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years, and I am deeply disappointed that Sage is leaving letting someone which such a hard work ethic is sad. Sage always provided excellent customer service. He was extremely friendly, incredibly efficient, and always made customers feel welcome, I loved seeing him conversate with just about everyone who walked through those doors. Who knows how he remembers that many people. Even during the busiest crazy rushes, he always stayed positive and kept things moving.

When Tal left a while back, I remember feeling like the atmosphere at my regular Starbucks wouldn’t be the same. Now that Sage is leaving too, it’s even more disappointing. As a regular customer, it’s sad to see what this store is becoming. I’ll definitely miss seeing Sage behind the counter, and I honestly may start going to a different Starbucks because he set such a high standard for customer service. I wish him all the best, and I hope the store can turn things around and hold onto employees like him in the future.“

“I’ve been to plenty of Starbucks but I will say this one is special due to their employees! Especially I would like to highlight an employee named Deb! She was so quick and attentive, even introduced me to a new sandwich that was delicious! She is the reason I will be revisiting this location more often. It’s rare to find people like this these days.“

“Really quick and friendly service from personable barristas who were conversational and nice to talk to. Only drawbacks were that there was no drive through, it's pretty far off the high way, and the cold brew was a little off, but it's started tasting like that at all the locations. We'd definitely return.“
