Fantastic food and drinks. Barista was a little bit overwhelmed and seemed like she needed more people on shift with her because it took her forever to make my coffee and bagel.
This starbucks has become one of my most frequently visited Starbucks locations, largely because of how conveniently it’s located next to my go-to H-E-B. It’s incredibly easy to pair a grocery run with a quick coffee stop—either grabbing something energizing before shopping or treating myself afterward. This Starbucks is conveniently located next to a go-to H-E-B, making it easy to pair a grocery run with a quick coffee stop. The staff is consistently friendly, patient, and genuinely understanding, even during busy hours. They are surprisingly open to customizations; for example, baristas happily experimented to make a banana cold foam work for an extra-hot regular latte. The early morning crew handles odd situations with calm, firm professionalism and real grace. Baristas are all wonderful, very professional, and efficient, allowing customers to get in and out in no time. The staff makes excellent beverages. One customer noted a barista named Maniyah, who went out of her way to check if a certain item was in stock with no hesitation. The location has high ceilings, a nice chair layout, and good music, with lots of folks working or hanging out. Orders are typically correct. However, the location is relatively small and can feel crowded, especially during peak morning hours. Parking can be tricky early in the day. There is no drive through, but customers can order online. One minor annoyance is the code-locked restroom. A customer reported that an order placed in the app was placed under a different name, leading to confusion. Despite a few logistical quirks, this Starbucks delivers good coffee, thoughtful service, and a convenient neighborhood feel.
