CORPORATE PLS ADDRESS THIS STARBUCKS. IT IS ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFED AND TAKES 30 min a drink. The line is always out the door and there is always one person making drinks. Even if I place ahead of time they are usually 20 min behind the estimates pick up time. Truly unacceptable.

I swear this Starbucks has zero quality control. My drink is often made wrong and the employees have attitudes when you ask them to remake it.My matcha latte tastes like milk. Did they even bother putting any matcha in.Do yourself a favor. Go down the street to the Barbara Jordan location and don’t do business with this location.

Typical Starbucks... A variety of coffee choices, snacks, and other eats. Friendly staff and quick service, considering the crowd. Like almost all other Starbucks, I find the various music selection enjoyable but too loud.

I recently had a great experience at the Starbucks close to my neighborhood. It's conveniently located next to HEB, making it a fantastic alternative when I need to pick up a couple of bags of whole beans. Surprisingly, parking was available and convenient considering how busy the complex is.The store itself is clean and has a bustling atmosphere, especially in the early afternoon. Staff members are friendly and helpful, adding to the positive vibe of the place. Overall, it's become my go-to spot for a reliable and enjoyable coffee experience in the neighborhood.

Good selection of unique Starbucks mugs and products.Chestnut Praline coffee was really good and you could taste all the elements perfectly. Compliments to the barista Hot chocolate wasn't hot but it tasted alright. Ambiance was perfect. You can work or sit with friends and talk without any interruptions. Indoor space is very well lit. It can be a good place for Instagram post.

ordered a large and got a medium - when I asked if if was a large, response: 'it's a grande'. I asked again if it's a large - no answer - I then said I ordered and paid for a large - it was wordlessly and unapologetically replaced with a 'large'.Place had two bothersome flies that no one ever did anything about and bathroom was dirty with full trashcan.
