We have been to this place a few times. Honestly the actual ambiance is pretty casual. We usually go here for take out. You can order it online and do pick up or if you are close enough you can also have them deliver it to your house. I really like making my own pizza, but they do have premade pizza formulas in case you don't want to be creative. Staff was super helpful. I ordered online and when I showed up to pickup the pizza, I realized that I accidentally sent the pizza order to this location instead of the one I meant to. I called for a refund since I didn't want to driver 40 minutes for a $10 pizza and the manager actually reached out to the MOD I was already at, gave them my order, and they made my pizza for me. The gesture was more than I expect these days and I appreciated that

I like that I can get what I want and it's inexpensive.Vegetarian options: I don't know if they offer vegan cheese, but you can build your own pizza and make it as vegetarian as you want.Wheelchair accessibility: It might be difficult to open the door, but there are ramps. Another challenge might be seeing the offerings when choosing the toppings.
