The new matcha pistachio latte with chocolate is way better than expected, with just the right balance of creaminess and a smooth, enjoyable sweetness. The store provides excellent customer service; the staff is super friendly and always acknowledges customers. They make the cold brew exactly the way it is liked and prep orders quickly. The team is accommodating, even offering to remake a pick up order when it was accidentally sent to the wrong location. One staff member made a customer’s day by putting a little note on a breakfast wrap. The service is super fast, and the drinks are always well-made and ready upon arrival. This is a very nice location and a favorite in Austin, conveniently located on the way to work. A very pleasant and satisfying stop overall.
