Everything was perfect - our server was Tommy and he really went above and beyond! We went for happy hour and had an amazing time, he even gave us a couple of desserts on the house! Such an unforgettable experience.
Overall experience was fantastic and I’d recommend Uchiko to anyone looking for creative flavour pairings and a subtle spin on Japanese cuisine, but since it’s going for a high-end fine dining experience, I’m nitpicking the details with the 4 ⭐️ rating.Went on a Friday for happy hour (4-6pm). I would give the service an extra star if I could. Uchiko is definitely a place for special occasions and you should absolutely make that here. The food was amazing, well explained, and they did a great job accommodating for a food allergy, and even asked us if we wanted to try something new and it was excellent. The food is top quality, service is as good as you can get, and the atmosphere was great (though we got there early). Cannot recommend enough.
