This location has gone downhill extremely fast ever since the staff change. I come here weekly, most of the OG baristas know me by name and order and lately the newer baristas that are at this location here cannot get it right. This is definitely a location where you want to order on the app ahead of time and then pick it up, otherwise you will be waiting a long time. The girls who work here are always super nice, the wait time is just astronomical (especially in the drive through).

They need to find away to speed up their coffee line inside and out. Coffee is good but the wait is way to long.
