Starbucks in San Antonio

“I really like this Starbucks! If I was a student, I would be coming here! Some soft music clean in the background, it’s dark and it would be a great place to study. I love stopping by Starbucks to pick up a Venti hot vanilla latte with oat milk… This is my go to!“

“This location of Starbucks, which is situated on San Pedro Avenue in San Antonio, Texas, is a great spot to pop-in for coffee if you are in the area! I recently went through this location's drive-thru to order a coffee for myself + pup cup for my doggo, and it was a great experience!! My grande White Chocolate Mocha (hot with oat milk) came exactly as I ordered it. My dog was happy with his whipped cream, too. :-) Thanks so much, Starbs!!“

“Absolutely love the Starbucks at Vance Jackson and Huebner! The staff is always so lovely, welcoming, and kind. The atmosphere in this café is relaxing, calm, and comfortable, making it a great place to meet up with friends or family over coffee. Everyone there helped make our visit feel special, and you can really tell they care about their customers. Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks locations!“

“I came in this morning to grab a drink for my daughter, and had a great experience here. Stephanie took my order and was very cool, great smile and friendly. She gave me a cup of ice water while I waited and the order she made for my daughter was perfect. This is a quaint little location, with a chill atmosphere, highly recommend.“

“Hi just wanted to shout out Winter for going above and beyond for me and recommending something I could drink. She was super nice, professional and when I asked is there any way they can make it where it’s not too hot to drink to my surprise she made it where I could drink it and add a cup of ice on the side in case I needed to add a few more cubes of ice. How awesome and sweet thank you will definitely be coming regularly as I am moving to this area next week“

“This location of Starbucks, which is located on Broadway in San Antonio, TX, is fantastic! :-) I recently popped by their drive-through to grab a coffee and the staff were very kind + efficient. In terms of my order itself, the venti PSL with Blonde Espresso & oat milk that I requested, made extra hot, was perfectly executed! This is a great location.“

“One of my favorite Starbucks in the US! I travel a lot and I always love coming home, and going to this Starbucks. They have redone the interior and I love sitting inside in the homey atmosphere, as well as sitting outside where it’s beautiful underneath live oak trees.
Highly recommend! I drink green tea almost every day. ❤️“

“I don’t know who has been running this place for the past month but this has been the most consistent Starbucks I’ve ever been to. My drink comes out absolutely perfect every time. No other Starbucks in the area kills it every time they do. 10/10 recommend.“

“I already love Starbucks but have the interaction Angelica G she is so professional and also welcoming, Customer Service is not everywhere anymore but it’s definitely here.

Thank you Angelica for the great Customer Service“

“This is my Favorite San Antonio location!!!! Tha Baristas across the board are always friendly welcoming. Jasmine and Lauren are Top notch when is comes to making all customers feel at home!! They have become like family when I walk in the door everytime!!“

“My neighborhood Starbucks is pretty clean & busy. The line moves pretty fast for the most part. Some staff could be a little nicer. My Mocha Frapp was a little watered down which was weird cause it took awhile to receive. I even got my food before my drink. It is pretty pricey, I paid $20 for 2 drinks & a protein pocket.“

“This location of Starbucks, which is situated on Nacogdoches Road in San Antonio, Texas, is a great spot to stop for a coffee in SATX! I recently popped-in on a route back from San Antonio International Airport, and I had a great experience here. I ordered a venti White Chocolate Mocha (extra hot, Blonde Espresso, with oat milk) for in-store pick-up, and my drink was made perfectly!! Further, the store is very clean & well-kept. I highly recommend this location of Starbs!!“

“Big work dinner with people I needed to impress, and this place absolutely came through. The staff handled the booking professionally, gave us a lovely table set up beautifully, and looked after the whole group with proper attention all evening. The food was honestly excellent across the board, with everyone finding something to rave about. Our server was warm, attentive, and clearly knew her stuff. The pace of the meal was textbook — never rushed, never forgotten — which meant the conversation flowed properly. The bill at the end was easy to split and very fair given the quality. Adding it to my permanent list for work dinners. Brilliant for that purpose. Genuinely recommend.“

“I’m visiting from Seguin Texas because my husband‘s in the hospital and I had the pleasure of getting a white chocolate mocha from this location and it’s better than Seguin. It even made me find out that instead of getting cold foam I was getting whipped cream and Seguin because they told me the difference between The textures and the bounce in the cream.“

“I completely forgot to write my review yesterday. However, I must say that this location is undoubtedly one of the best, with the best staff and manager, Myles. We’re fantastic! Every time I visit this location, my wait time is incredibly short, and everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming.“

“Good coffee place.

If there are more healthy natural options like the matcha, almond coconut milk, more people would be there to buy drinks juices.

Please if you can include Maqui, Aqi, berries and other naturals“

“HUGE shoutout to Chris this morning (and the rest of the crew)! He helped me decide what to order (non dairy marshmallow sweet cream cold brew) and was just so positive through our whole interaction, even though he was juggling drive through orders, window, and probably other things too. Will definitely be back!!“

“Thank you to the morning crew, 07/21/26 @ 04:54am!!
You remade My Entire Order from yesterday, (07/20 @ 5:30pm), even though it was ~ 12 hours afterwards and 1 of 2 drinks had no coffee.
I really appreciate you and your kindness 🩷“

“hai I was just there today not to long ago with family and we were in there for like 3 hours so sorry about that ! but the workers are very sweet and always draw the cutest things on my cups everytime I go cause this is my local starbucks and im there almost everyday, 2nd picture is from today honestly lifted my mood like alot cause I wasn’t feeling the best, anyways I love this location so much okay bye <3 ^_^“

“This Starbucks location is by far one of my favorites, mostly because of how awesome the team is. They work together to get orders out as quickly as they can. Ive been in when they aren’t so busy and when they’re at their busiest and they manage to consistently provide great customer service regardless of the traffic coming through!“

“The service here has consistently been amazing.

Today, I had an extremely stressful morning and not only did I manage to spill my drink in the car. I also slipped when I came inside and I forgot to include one of the drinks in my order and Noah offered empathy and a slice of humanity that I really needed at that moment not only did he offered to help me by bringing rags to help me clean up, he also made the drinks and stayed with me for a few minutes while I was trying to gather everything. That level of compassion meant the world to me, and I think his customer service needs to be highlighted as being insanely high.“

“Best Starbucks I’ve been too! I’ve been going here for several years, and the baristas are the sweetest people you’ll ever meet!!! They always make my morning! They always make great coffee, and provide excellent, efficient service! Definitely recommend, definitely the best Starbucks in San Antonio!!“

“Larry was phenomenal. I had multiple cards that I needed help combining and using the app. He was so good with setting me up by combining my cards and instructing me to download the app and add my card. He also was very helpful with the sandwich I wanted because the menu had changed and didn’t have the sandwich I normally got. I felt so seen, cared for and helped. He was a real gentleman and so tender with making sure I got what I truly needed. The atmosphere in this Starbucks was peaceful and pleasant. Very grateful for his hospitality. The rest of the staff was kind and so welcoming as well.“

“Starbucks is a place I visit often, whatever area I was at, I would stop at that location and buy my coffee. It started bothering me that a lot of times I left there unsatisfied due to bad customer service and the feeling like I’m bothering them, not to mention not getting our order right. I mentioned this to my son one day and he agreed, he told me that is why he goes out of his way to this E-Commerce location. Mind you, i never stayed inside to enjoy my coffee and croissant after many bad experiences at other locations but when I visited this place, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised. Not only do we get great coffee but our croissants are always how we order them. The wonderful employees there greet us with smiles and are very courteous. My husband and I actually enjoy coming here for our “coffee dates” where we sit inside and feel welcomed!“

“I came to this Starbucks to read my bible while I eat my Starbuck’s sandwich and drank a cafe mocha. All three ladies: Krystal, Abby and Alexia were fabulous. Alexia took my order and warmed up my sandwich. Abby/Krystal made my drink. Both items were perfect. They also had such great attitudes with each other and us as the customers. You can tell they really enjoy working together. The atmosphere was one of joy, kindness and safety. They helped a homeless man get what he needed and kept him on track. He was lost and they were so kind to him while making sure everyone was still being served. The DM should be very proud that these ladies are working here. They represented the company very well.“

“A well needed respite to take care of some personal business, grab some delicious coffee, & really enjoy my top 1/2 of an Everything Bagel with cream cheese too! Watching my carbs! PLUS the Starbucks really appreciates us, everyone! See July Disabled Pride Month pics.
GREAT service, food, coffee, clean, & busy too! Thanks Starbys! Missing my coffee companion, but biz to get done“

“Krispy was super friendly the moment we walked through the door. She immediately shared all the deals they had available and was incredibly patient while we placed our order. Her kindness and great customer service made the experience even better. Thank you so much, Kristy!“

“This location of Starbucks Coffee Company, which is situated on Tuscany Stone & Stone Oak Parkway, is absolutely fantastic!! I visited for the first time this weekend, and I had a wonderful experience. The place was notably very clean + well-kept, and the staff were very helpful & kind. My grande White Chocolate Mocha (hot, oat milk, Blonde Espresso, with an extra shot of espresso) was made JUST as I ordered it! :-) Thanks, Starbucks!“

“I really enjoyed being able to grab coffee and a breakfast sandwich here during my stay. I received some of the fastest service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks, food and drink came out fast. The employees were very friendly and helpful.“

“I just want to give a huge shout-out to Carlos and the pretty redhead with curly hair!! (I'm sorry I didn't catch the name!!) I ordered online based on a drink I usually get from 7brew and to put it plainly, it was absolutely disgusting lol😭😭. I did NOT order it correctly at all. Even though I hate asking someone to remake food (especially when it's my fault it's bad.) I sucked it up and asked Carlos if he could remake it. He was absolutely amazing, and had me look up the recipe, provided alternatives to what this location had and was super super sweet about helping me. The girl that made the drink was super nice and even though they were busy, still took the time to remake a drink based on a customers mistake. I just want to say thank you for y'all's kindness and y'all single-handedly turned my day around. 🩷🩷🩷 (Give them a raise corporate!!)“

“I ordered an iced lavender cream matcha on DoorDash and wow Lovele did SO good!! The lavender cream was perfect, the sweetness was just right, and the matcha tasted amazing. Everything was literally sooo good. Thank you so much, Lovele!! 💚✨“

“After a long day at work and a 2-hour wait at Discount Tire, Alexander greeted me with a smile and so much patience. He was attentive, kind, and provided the best customer service. It’s hard to find service like that these days! Thank you Alexander, for making my experience so much better!“

“We walked to Starbucks on a rainy day. I can usually count on a good pastry to go along with my coffee anytime I go to Starbucks. This time it was not so. My coffee was good. I asked for a pastry and the chocolate was too much chocolate. Not enough pastry. I can't quite put into words, I was disappointed.“

“I go to this location all the time I think it’s a really great location. I think as far as cleanliness atmosphere and staff customer service. It’s all great. I’ve never had even a bad experience one time. The only thing about it is the quality control of the drinks needs a little work. They don’t come out bad by any means however they are very inconsistent. I ordered the same drink every time I go and it always taste different I love love the staff there though“

“Frequent visitor , visit shop about 4-5 times a week! The team is always friendly and welcoming. Corey and Jade I believe are their names, they always make sure I’m happy and satisfied with my drink ; as well as suggesting diff menu items. Definitely my favorite Starbucks in town !“

“My husband and I stopped in here for a coffee as it was just down the road from my doctors office. It was a nice Starbucks - it looked pretty new. Coffees were great and the staff were good too. It was relatively busy when we were there, but drinks didn’t take too long. Would stop by again next time we’re around.“

“I ordered a Valentine’s Day cake pop for my daughter and was given the wrong one at first. When I came back in, fully expecting to pay for the correct one, they immediately fixed it and gave me the right cake pop for free. Mistakes happen, but they handled it perfectly and were very kind about it. Great customer service.“

“I first visited this location probably 5 months ago by going through the drive thru and had a great experience after first moving to the area. Just recently I walked in and was sad there wasn’t the apple croissant but fell in love with the cinnamon pull apart and tried a different drink that was great. Nice place to sit briefly outstanding customer service, clean location, gets very busy at times though but that’s expected.“

“So...it's a Starbucks. Pretty typical. I tend to prefer local coffee shops but this Starbucks is on my way home from dropping off kids and the staff is GREAT! It's impossible to beat the rewards that the app offers and mobil ordering is on point.“

“Destiny and Maggie wonderful personalities and sweet ladies! In my 2 minute conversation with them they made me laugh and showed incredible customer service! I wanted to stay and spend more time with them. They even personalized our cup based on our funny conversation. They deserve company cudos! If I ever return to the area I hope to see them again. :)“

“Drink, service was great. The cashier was friendly and help me remember the name of the drink I was looking for. The manager or shift leader is who and where I had an issue. While standing across the store talking to another employee he shouted out to question her on if she was in dress code, if she had her nails off, and another thing but I couldn't hear the full comment. I think calling an employee out in a store in front of customers and other employees is unprofessional. I also saw her walk around you more than once. If she wasn't in dress code you should have caught that at the beginning of her shift.“

“This location of Starbucks, which is situated in Terminal B of San Antonio International, is great!! The area of spacious, clean, well-kept, and the staff are really kind + helpful!! I ordered a hot PSL with oat milk during my first visit, which was made exactly as I requested. :-)“

“Barista was very helpful and made my drink exactly how I like it. I came in not knowing what to get at all except for an idea. Michael was very helpful in designing my drink how I described, and it came out great! I’ll definitely keep coming back!“

“I visit this location often! Zilla is fantastic! She is always so bubbly and willing to go above and beyond. I wish more people at restaurants had her positive disposition. My puppy and I visit often! The staff at this location are so kind and on top of their work game every visit. I honestly can’t think of a time when service was bad. Thanks!!“

“Love this Starbucks! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming, and my drink is consistently made just right. You can tell the team works hard and keeps things moving while still being kind and upbeat. Definitely one of my favorite spots to stop for coffee! Also, shout to the shift lead Jeffrey! You are awesome!“

“Stopped here after shopping nearby because my feet needed a break more than anything. Ended up really enjoying the food too. Ordered garlic bread with cold brew. Bread arrived warm with plenty of flavor, and the coffee tasted strong without bitterness. Washroom maintenance could improve a little during busy hours though.“

“Amazing service! I had a drink I was unhappy with, and the cashier remade it for me and was so kind about it! I didn’t get her name, but she was wearing a black beanie, and had a more alternative style/look. I’m grateful for the service and will definitely be back in the future!“

“AMAZING! Staff is super sweet. I spilled my coffee right before leaving and staff came running to my aid and cleaned up and made my coffee again. I was so embarrassed and staff members assured me it happens often. They made me feel at ease. Coffee and our food was great. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!“
