“This location of Starbucks, which is located on Broadway in San Antonio, TX, is fantastic! :-) I recently popped by their drive-through to grab a coffee and the staff were very kind + efficient. In terms of my order itself, the venti PSL with Blonde Espresso & oat milk that I requested, made extra hot, was perfectly executed! This is a great location.“

“One of my favorite Starbucks in the US! I travel a lot and I always love coming home, and going to this Starbucks. They have redone the interior and I love sitting inside in the homey atmosphere, as well as sitting outside where it’s beautiful underneath live oak trees.

“I came in this morning to grab a drink for my daughter, and had a great experience here. Stephanie took my order and was very cool, great smile and friendly. “Big work dinner with people I needed to impress, and this place absolutely came through. The staff handled the booking professionally, gave us a lovely table set up beautifully, and looked after the whole group with proper attention all evening. The food was honestly excellent across the board, with everyone finding something to rave about. Our server was warm, attentive, and clearly knew her stuff. The pace of the meal was textbook — never rushed, never forgotten — which meant the conversation flowed properly. The bill at the end was easy to split and very fair given the quality. Adding it to my permanent list for work dinners. Brilliant for that purpose. Genuinely recommend.“

“This is one of the best Starbucks in the area. I have a couple other locations closer, but this one has friendly employees that actually get my orders correct. They listen to their customers requests like “can they get it a little extra toasted.” Nice work to all of the employees at this location for a job well done, thanks. “I just want to give a huge shout-out to Carlos and the pretty redhead with curly hair!! (I'm sorry I didn't catch the name!!) I ordered online based on a drink I usually get from 7brew and to put it plainly, it was absolutely disgusting lol😭😭. I did NOT order it correctly at all. Even though I hate asking someone to remake food (especially when it's my fault it's bad.) I sucked it up and asked Carlos if he could remake it. He was absolutely amazing, and had me look up the recipe, provided alternatives to what this location had and was super super sweet about helping me. The girl that made the drink was super nice and even though they were busy, still took the time to remake a drink based on a customers mistake. “This Starbucks location is by far one of my favorites, mostly because of how awesome the team is. They work together to get orders out as quickly as they can. Ive been in when they aren’t so busy and when they’re at their busiest and they manage to consistently provide great customer service regardless of the traffic coming through!“

“The service here has consistently been amazing.

Today, I had an extremely stressful morning and not only did I manage to spill my drink in the car. I also slipped when I came inside and I forgot to include one of the drinks in my order and Noah offered empathy and a slice of humanity that I really needed at that moment not only did he offered to help me by bringing rags to help me clean up, he also made the drinks and stayed with me for a few minutes while I was trying to gather everything. That level of compassion meant the world to me, and I think his customer service needs to be highlighted as being insanely high.“

I had multiple cards that I needed help combining and using the app. He was so good with setting me up by combining my cards and instructing me to download the app and add my card. He also was very helpful with the sandwich I wanted because the menu had changed and didn’t have the sandwich I normally got. I felt so seen, cared for and helped. He was a real gentleman and so tender with making sure I got what I truly needed. The atmosphere in this Starbucks was peaceful and pleasant. Very grateful for his hospitality. “I go to this location all the time I think it’s a really great location. I think as far as cleanliness atmosphere and staff customer service. It’s all great. I’ve never had even a bad experience one time. The only thing about it is the quality control of the drinks needs a little work. “I came to this Starbucks to read my bible while I eat my Starbuck’s sandwich and drank a cafe mocha. All three ladies: Krystal, Abby and Alexia were fabulous. Alexia took my order and warmed up my sandwich. Abby/Krystal made my drink. Both items were perfect. They also had such great attitudes with each other and us as the customers. You can tell they really enjoy working together. The atmosphere was one of joy, kindness and safety. They helped a homeless man get what he needed and kept him on track. He was lost and they were so kind to him while making sure everyone was still being served. The DM should be very proud that these ladies are working here. They represented the company very well.“

“Starbucks is a place I visit often, whatever area I was at, I would stop at that location and buy my coffee. It started bothering me that a lot of times I left there unsatisfied due to bad customer service and the feeling like I’m bothering them, not to mention not getting our order right. I mentioned this to my son one day and he agreed, he told me that is why he goes out of his way to this E-Commerce location. Mind you, i never stayed inside to enjoy my coffee and croissant after many bad experiences at other locations but when I visited this place, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised. Not only do we get great coffee but our croissants are always how we order them. The wonderful employees there greet us with smiles and are very courteous. My husband and I actually enjoy coming here for our “coffee dates” where we sit inside and feel welcomed!“

“Update: the brewed me a clover to replace itand my suspicions were confirmed!

My point of sale experience was pleasant and courteous, good small talk about coffee due to low volume. But my pourover tasted and smelled under-bloomed, smelled and tasted a little burnt/scorched. It was a little weak as well

tbh I won't be hitting up Starbucks without a Clover- but they take so long.“

“I’m visiting from Seguin Texas because my husband‘s in the hospital and I had the pleasure of getting a white chocolate mocha from this location and it’s better than Seguin. It even made me find out that instead of getting cold foam I was getting whipped cream and Seguin because they told me the difference between The textures and the bounce in the cream.“

“We walked to Starbucks on a rainy day. I can usually count on a good pastry to go along with my coffee anytime I go to Starbucks. This time it was not so. My coffee was good. “Frequent visitor , visit shop about 4-5 times a week! The team is always friendly and welcoming. Corey and Jade I believe are their names, they always make sure I’m happy and satisfied with my drink ; as well as suggesting diff menu items. Definitely my favorite Starbucks in town !“

“My husband and I stopped in here for a coffee as it was just down the road from my doctors office. It was a nice Starbucks - it looked pretty new. Coffees were great and the staff were good too. It was relatively busy when we were there, but drinks didn’t take too long. Would stop by again next time we’re around.“

“I ordered a Valentine’s Day cake pop for my daughter and was given the wrong one at first. When I came back in, fully expecting to pay for the correct one, they immediately fixed it and gave me the right cake pop for free. “I first visited this location probably 5 months ago by going through the drive thru and had a great experience after first moving to the area. Just recently I walked in and was sad there wasn’t the apple croissant but fell in love with the cinnamon pull apart and tried a different drink that was great. Nice place to sit briefly outstanding customer service, clean location, gets very busy at times though but that’s expected.“

“Stopped here after shopping nearby because my feet needed a break more than anything. Ended up really enjoying the food too. Ordered garlic bread with cold brew. Bread arrived warm with plenty of flavor, and the coffee tasted strong without bitterness. Washroom maintenance could improve a little during busy hours though.“

“Drink, service was great. The cashier was friendly and help me remember the name of the drink I was looking for. The manager or shift leader is who and where I had an issue. While standing across the store talking to another employee he shouted out to question her on if she was in dress code, if she had her nails off, and another thing but I couldn't hear the full comment. I think calling an employee out in a store in front of customers and other employees is unprofessional. I also saw her walk around you more than once. If she wasn't in dress code you should have caught that at the beginning of her shift.“

“The drinks and service have been good here. Cleanliness is a little questionable as the tables often have stains and crumbs, but when I ask them to wipe it down, they are very kind to wipe it down every time. If I could change one thing about the location, I would say the music is very loud. I sometimes have meetings I need to take, and it would be helpful to lower the volume just a bit. I'm at the Starbucks at the Alamo Heights location E Basse, and the music is just background noise, not so loud. It would be great if this Starbucks could also lower the volume just a bit.“

“This location of Starbucks, which is situated inside the Long School of Medicine, is really convenient for a coffee run if you’re on UT Health San Antonio’s campus! The staff are helpful + kind, and my coffee was made exactly as I ordered it the first time I visited!“
