Everything about my drive-thru experience just now was perfect. Thank you
What a lovely experience! Today one of your partners, Melissa, was an absolute pleasure! It is always nice to be greeted with a smile and kind words so early in the morning!
The service was quick, the staff is helpful and polite. It's really clean inside of the restaurant.

This Starbucks is a great place to study, with some soft music and a dark atmosphere. The coffee is awesome, and a go-to order is a Venti hot vanilla latte with oat milk. The service is amazing, with staff like Griffin, who is a multitasking master and makes sure every new customer feels her presence. Another barista, Dani, was helpful and kind, giving a caramel ribbon crunch on the house when a customer forgot their card. Ian also stood out with a really amped up, cheery attitude despite a long drive thru line on a rainy Sunday. While sometimes the people behind the counter are tired and kind of grouchy, the coffee is so wonderful that it makes up for it. One barista recognized a weekly Tuesdate tradition with a niece and nephew, referring to it by name, which was exciting and comforting. Consistency is important, and this barista makes them feel like they belong.
