Barista with long braids was just so sweet and apologized for a wait because they had some water issues, she went above and beyond. They don’t make employees like that anymore! Wonderful 💕
I come to this Starbucks almost daily and I order via app for pick up. However, today was the first time where i was told by a barista to not come in store until my pick up time. I’ve never heard that before. I understand being short staffed and busy… I’m in the medical field. Didn’t realize my being there 5 minutes before was an issue? Is it not a public coffee lounge? We walked to Starbucks on a rainy day. I can usually count on a good pastry to go along with my coffee anytime I go to Starbucks. This time it was not so. My coffee was good. I asked for a pastry and the chocolate was too much chocolate. Not enough pastry. I can't quite put into words, I was disappointed.
