The girl with the pink hair is not very friendly, speaks to her coworkers in a rude manner. Her energy is dry, and she looks like she’s miserable and hates her job.It’s morning, nobody is trying to deal w/ that this early. You sell coffee, you’d think your energy would be positive and uplifting. The rest of the employees are really sweet, it’s unfortunate they have to spend their morning with this grump.

Basically a homeless shelter. The dine-in area stank and the restrooms were filthy; what's the point of having locked restrooms if you let homeless people live in the dining room?

I believe, but am not sure, that the barista)s) did not add my specifications to my quad espresso because I didn't tip.I tip at sit-down restaurants. I didn't tip this time at Starbucks because the baristas make more than minimum wage, are eligible for health insurance, are eligible to participate in a 401(k), &c.Passive-aggressive

Solid service didn't bat an eye to whip up my fave off the unadvertised menu. A lil easy on the syrup but batista couldn't have known my preference as I didn't address it. Definitely would return. Have and will.

I ordered my regular drink that I always get at Starbucks. Tasted very different. Plus I asked for a trenta cup of ice. Something was floating in there. Needless to say very disappointed when you pay $12 for a drink and not able to drink it, and not even the cup of ice. Wasted my time and money. I’d prefer my drink that’s made correctly rather than the time I spend waiting for it to be made properly. This started my day off bad before heading to work.
Employee tried to scam me out of 5 bucks, he input his own tip and handed me the card reader. I couldn't see the screen that well with the angle he had the reader at, but when I checked my receipt I saw there was a $5.00 gratuity charge. I asked him what that was and he said I gave him that tip. I told him no I did not, you put in your own tip and expected me to just pay it. I asked to speak to his manager and he said he was the manager, then he called Me a liar and said there was no way he did that, and that I had given him a tip! I always tip, except this time he put in his own tip and expected that amount.

I'm a Starbucks addict...and honestly go here way too often. My favorite drink is the Strawberry Açaí Refresher and also enjoy the Sausage, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich. This Starbucks is always clean and well kept which makes it a comfortable space. Staff at this location are awesome and always greet me by name, which makes my morning. :)

I ordered a tall glass of water with strawberries. In the past they charged $.80 for the strawberries, which is fair, I get it. This time they said they charge $2.95 for the water and $.80 for the strawberries. This is ridiculous corporate greed. Thanks a lot Starbucks.
