I went through the drive thru to order my drink, and a young lady named Lana was there at the window. She was very nice and had a smile the whole time.

This Starbucks Coffee Company location is a favorite for many. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and consistently provides great customer service. They work together to get orders out quickly, even during the busiest times. Customers appreciate that the team learns their names and regular orders, and they always greet them with genuine kindness. The drive thru staff is always so nice.
The atmosphere is welcoming, comfortable, and wonderfully relaxed, making it a perfect place to study, read, pray, or simply chill with a hot cup of coffee. The drinks are delicious, and the bites to eat are also yummy. For one customer, it became a study sanctuary where they spent 30 hours a week preparing for the NCLEX. The manager went above and beyond by making sure the team brought the drink directly to them since they are deaf and could not hear their name called. This thoughtful support helped them pass the NCLEX and start a career as an ICU nurse. The experience at this location is considered the best, even compared to Starbucks all over the world.
