The store is very clean and well-kept, with big windows to take in life outside, making it feel less corporate than other locations. Customers appreciate updated hours on Google map during bad weather. Popular drinks include a venti White Chocolate Mocha made perfectly, a hot Chai Tea with whole milk, and the new featured Lavender matcha drink and cherry chai, both delicious. The yummy drinks and friendly service are exemplary of quality customer service, renewing faith in customer service.
