What a wonderful customer experience with Michael today!
I am a Decaf drinker, and convinced that the world just hates decaf drinkers.
I have a specific beverage that I have ordered from >50 Starbucks around San Antonio and Austin.
50% of the locations don’t know how to make it. A Venti, Decaf, Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino should have 3 shots of decaf espresso, and cost the same as a regular Frap.

Awesome friendly service drinks on point.
Everything is great from my experience, except the fact that the drive thu is never truly open after the store doors close. The website says the drive-thru closes at a later time but I never find anyone there when I pull up, and the machine says they are closed.
