I Placed an order in store and 15min later no drink! I asked again about my drink and low and behold they made it and forgot it and just had it just sitting on another counter. Once they realized it, they just grabbed it and sat it in front of me without an apology or anything. Customer Service goes a long way....I've had a long day and I greeted everyone with a smile and very respectful....I understand they're in a rush most of the day but it's not fair to take it out on customers...read full review
GREAT service, GREAT food, but the convention location has had a huge effect (BAD) on getting in & out...Drive through, online order & pickup, walk up, parking or even just passing by the intersection...THERE'S NO ROOM AT THIS LOCATIONParking: The ONLY downfall of this location.

Starbucks is usually a pretty good place to visit. Fast, friendly, courteous and very efficient service at the Southwest Military Drive and IH-35 location. I'll be back since it's right off the expressway.
