This is my very favorite place for Starbucks. The staff here is amazing friendly. I have never had a problem in anything that I've ordered. I live in the Stone Oak area near Encino and I absolutely love hanging out here my best friend. We come here often. The atmosphere outside is a selfie haven and so pleasant and just great to hang out and talk. Recently they put the Christmas tree up out there and it is so great and so pretty. My favorite location & they always make the best Matcha Lattes & Mocha Frappuccinos!! Look at that lovely, creamy green foam!! Today I bought 2 because it was a BOGOF perk. It was so satisfying & made me happy. Customer service is always good esp. if your drink isn't up to par. At this location, they've got it down & the training shows!! Happy Saturday, y'all!!
