Usually, I do a mobile order 30 mins prior to arrival, my drink is ready to go, and its in & out so Im not late for work. Today, I ordered 30min ahead, in which my app said it would be ready at 7:49, I got there after 7:49 and still waited 15min for my coffee, ended up late for work. Disappointed in the usual great service.

My favorite location & they always make the best Matcha Lattes & Mocha Frappuccinos!! Look at that lovely, creamy green foam!! Today I bought 2 because it was a BOGOF perk. It was so satisfying & made me happy. Customer service is always good esp. if your drink isn't up to par. At this location, they've got it down & the training shows!! Happy Saturday, y'all!!

This is my very favorite place for Starbucks. The staff here is amazing friendly. I have never had a problem in anything that I've ordered. I live in the Stone Oak area near Encino and I absolutely love hanging out here my best friend. We come here often. The atmosphere outside is a selfie haven and so pleasant and just great to hang out and talk. Recently they put the Christmas tree up out there and it is so great and so pretty. One of the beautiful spots of San Antonio that I love. I could go on and on this is just one of my favorite places that me and my bestie hang out and everyone is so cool and friendly.

I recently visited this Starbucks location in search of a festive treat and opted for the Peppermint Mocha Latte. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The short size, priced at six dollars, seemed disproportionate considering the limited amount of coffee it contained. Moreover, the taste didn't live up to the hype. Disappointed with both the quantity and quality, I hope for an improvement in the future.
