Sometimes it’s great but other times it’s horrible. The last time we went, we ordered two drinks. One warm and one hot. The hot one was undrinkable and came colder than the warm drink. Disappointing
The staff are always wonderful, polite and kind. Always go out of my way to this specific location because of the staff.

This location can often be very busy, with lines that wrap around the building, making it a popular spot in the area. Customers recommend placing orders in advance via the app to save time. While there are some issues with parking, as fire lanes are misused, the drive-through line can get long. However, parking spots behind the building are a viable alternative. The ambiance meets the new standards of Starbucks locations, with nice modern seating arrangements. Despite these challenges, the drinks consistently come out tasting great, including favorites like the Honey Lavender shaken espresso, which many customers highly recommend. The staff create a welcoming environment and make the experience enjoyable for everyone. This location recently remodeled and made the lobby a lot smaller, which might be a downfall as there isn't enough space to use different tables. The bathrooms are clean. However, this location could do with more power outlets, as there are only some by the main window area.
